Dementia Care Excellence Collaborative
A fully funded 3-year dementia care training initiative: each participating facility gets a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT) trained at no cost, plus up to 55 Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certifications for staff.
